Pipeline Pal keeps your leads, customers and deals one message away. Ask ChatGPT or Grok what's moving, add a lead mid-conversation, and get a nudge on who to follow up with. No extra tab, no data-entry marathon.
Works in ChatGPT and Grok. Other assistants that support MCP connectors, like Claude, should work too.

Pipeline Pal connects to ChatGPT as an app (an MCP server). Here's how to plug it in today.
In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins, select + and choose Add custom MCP server. Availability depends on your plan and workspace.
Use this as the MCP server URL:
https://plugins.works/pipeline-pal/mcpChoose OAuth, select Create as a plugin and sign in with your plugins.works account (or create one). Then say Show my sales pipeline
.
A one-click listing in the ChatGPT app directory is coming soon. Using Grok? See how to connect Pipeline Pal to Grok.
Built for founders, freelancers and anyone whose CRM is currently a spreadsheet and good intentions.
Drag deals from New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won/Lost.
Contacts, companies and notes in one tidy list, with a detail panel for each.
Values, stages and expected close dates, so you know what's actually in play.
Calls, meetings and notes logged in plain language. "Had a call with Sarah" is enough.
Ask what to focus on today and get a short, prioritised list.
See who's gone quiet and which deals need a nudge before they go cold.
Pair it with ChatGPT's own Gmail connector to draft follow-ups using your CRM context.
Works in ChatGPT on the web, desktop and mobile apps, with a layout built for both.
Your data is yours alone: separated per user and hosted in Switzerland.
No commands to memorise. Just talk to ChatGPT like you would to a helpful sales assistant.
